Meditate Synergy
Our Meditate Synergy blend continues the centuries old tradition of using aromatics in meditation, visualization and prayer. Frankincense, myrrh, and cardamom along with ylang ylang and cedarwood essential oils make a potent grounding and centering combination.
Using the pure essential oil synergy, rub one drop into your palms or add 3-5 drops of the pure synergy to a candle diffuser with water and inhale for an aromatic start and finish to your quiet contemplation.
Use approximately 5 drops of the pure synergy per one tablespoon of your favourite carrier oil for an enlightening body massage.
